What is your return policy?

What is the process time of my order?
Orders ship within 2-3 business days. SHIPPING IS FREE ON ORDERS OVER $50.00. Shipping times vary based on your location. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. However, once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost packages. Your order will ship to any address in the United States, but the address must be a verified address with the US Postal Service. Please make sure the shipping address you enter is where you want your package delivered, and that all pertinent information, such as your house number, suite number, or apartment number, is included and correct. The Sapphire Sunflower cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as hazardous weather or other service interruptions that affect mail delivery.
